Well after a short break to assess the state of the universe, we’re back with the Wednesday cover slot.
This one is a blinder. Crank like a gangster!
Florida pop punk heroes Mayday Parade have release a new track ‘The Problem With The Big Picture Is That It’s Hard To See‘ to celebrate ten years since they released their very first EP.
The EP, titled ‘Tales Told By Dead Friends‘, was released in 2006 and sold over 50,000 copies without any label support. Since then the boys have gone on to release five full length albums and another EP. You can check out the new track below.
Long live Mayday Parade.
Northern pop punkers Boston Manor have been causing quite a stir recently. Hailing from Blackpool in the UK, the lads are thrashing out some hook-laden pop punk but their northern twang provides a somewhat refreshing twist on often generic vocals.
The boys have recently had some well-received exposure supporting Moose Blood on their recent international tour. Currently signed to Pure Noise Records, these guys are causing waves in all the right places, and you only have to listen to their latest record ‘Lead Feet‘ to see why.
Their debut LP ‘Be Nothing‘ is now available and is well worth a listen. We fully expect these guys to be topping the festival line-ups and jumping your ear sockets a lot more in 2017.
